Glastonbury headliners revealed
John Jay Z, Kings of Leon and The Vitality feature been announced as this year's Glastonbury headliners.
Followers months of conjecture, in which Radiohead, David Bruce Springsteen and Light-emitting diode Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin were rumoured to play on the Pyramid stage, the headliners were lastly disclosed yesterday.
Kings of Leon volition headline on Friday night; Jay Z on Saturday; and The Vitality will close the festival on Sunday even.
Other acts too confirmed to play are CSS, Neil Diamond and Hot Flake. The Guardian is also reporting that Elmore Leonard Cohen will do on microscope stage for the first time in 14 years.
Of the headliners, labor organizer Emily Eavis said: "We're dead thrilled to get them. The Vitality are a classic Glastonbury band who've played more or less amazing sets at the festival over the days. Right away that they're back together once again, playing brilliant shows, we've finally got them doing the headline slot that they always deserved. I can't waitress."
